FOAM CUTTING MACHINES

BAUMACHINES provide several types of CNC machinery for EPS / Styrofoam precision cutting. The simplest machine cuts 1 block and the biggest cuts 4 blocks simultaneously. The 3D-CNC allows cutting complex shapes on 3 axis (X, Y, & Z). Up to 40 wires can be placed for simultaneous cutting. All machines are computer operated. Cut shapes, are covered with BAUCOAT coatings.

ARCH FOAM CUTTER

The BAUMACHINES Arch Foam Cutter is a special machine that facilitates precision cutting of arched shapes in EPS / Styrofoam blocks. Shapes cut with this machine can be coated with BAUCOAT by the Arch Foam Coater device or sprayed with a standard gun with hopper.

COATING MACHINES

The BMCM 600, 800 & 1000 Extruders allows to screed EPS decorative shapes cut with the hotwire cuttig machine. The machines are specially designed for the usage of BAUCOAT EPS Coating System, but any other hydraulic or organic surface coating may be used.

ARCH FOAM COATER

The BAUTOOL Arch Foam Coater is a simple yet reliable device to coat the arched shapes in thick layers of BAUCOAT. The device comes in handy when high quality and precise coating is a must.

DELIVERY PUMP

Designed to satisfy the requirements of mixing the BAUCOAT coatings. The rotation cycle guarantees suspension of the coating particles in the diluted mixture. The device is built with a solid construction frame to guarantee longer service life and minimum maintenance with an elevator to facilitate the lifting of barrels.

DRYING RACKS

BAUGRUP supplies additional production facility accessories and tools and drying racks are one of them. These racks are used to transport and place in the drying room the coated products.
